Dish Network requires a credit card and social security number for most promotions although nothing is charged to your card. It is for credit scoring purposes only unless you drop your commitment before it expires. They will bill you monthly, yearly or by credit card auto-pay for programming.
WildBlue has partnered with DISH Network to bring you great promotions and one bill for TV and internet.
StarBand will bill your credit card directly for monthly charges. Or monthly paper billing is also available, however a credit card is necessary to set up your account.
