Can I tweak my Starband system with DrTCP? (#2029)
Currently the Starband TCP settings are controlled by the Starband Network and are coded in your modem.
You cannot change them manually.

If you are always losing your CON light stop the QoS packet scheduler from running.
Under Network Connections > local area connection > properties > uncheck QoS Packet Scheduler > OK
